Announcing the DC801 Hacker Book Exchange!
A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away; an idea was proposed. The idea is to exchange tech books you don’t need for books you’d like to read. F$#@ing brilliant! Metacortex pursued this idea until being swept away to place called San Diego, “… they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale’s …”.
He’s back and the idea is back as well. The DC801 book exchange is here.
Here’s how it works: donate any book, preferably related to tech or hacking. Fiction, nonfiction, whatever you got. Take a book. Read it. Repeat. Donate as much as you want, please don’t take more than two at a time. The books are located in the lab in SLC, which means if you contact me directly you can stop by just about anytime you’re in the neighborhood. Feel free to donate tech magazines and open source software as well.
